A Vital Connection

STEP is served by our campus ministry which is known as PACE (Program for Accountability, Character & Career Enrichment.) This gives STEP a strong and every effective modeling component as the students are provided with role model they cam emulate in their studies, character and spiritual development. High School students connect more meaningfully and more easily with college students.

STEP Programs

Some of our programs include:

Character Building Interactive Seminars (Topics include: youth and sexuality, personality issues, Peer pleasure, Relationship Building. Defeating the drug culture etc.)
Leadership Development (C.U.s, School prefects etc.)

Career Guidance talks Counseling (on request from C.U., or school authorities) Partnering by providing preachers, speakers for services, seminars and other functions.

STEP:Student Transformation And Enrichment Program

STEP is a unique and creative high school ministry designed to partner with schools and Christian fellowships in shaping and directing the lives of young people so that they can attain their God given purpose and potential in full. This we do by making long term commitments of ministry, especially in the area of mentoring, character building and serving as a ready source of resources that are needed to prepare the youth to face life's challenges effectively.

The Objectives of STEP:

Transforming youth through objective partnerships We work with C.U.s and School authorities to help them achieve their goal of shaping and modeling character and developing skills among the youth. We provide resources such as speakers on various issues relevant to the youth, preachers for meetings in schools and also mentoring teams of well equipped mature people who take time to interact with, and mentor young people. We also provide study materials at very affordable (non-commercial) rates.
Transforming youth through relevant ministry Our goal is to provide materials and programs that not only answer the questions of the youth today but also answer these questions in a language and medium that the youth understand. We are strong in both our biblical foundation and our relevance to the contemporary context that the youth operate in.
Transforming youth through relational ministry We strongly believe in mentoring.
