Program for Accountability,

The mission of the Program for Accountability, Character & Career Enrichment (PACE) is to equip and facilitate the young professionals to pursue and attain balanced growth (spiritually, intellectually, relationally and physically).
PACE is about mentoring and passing on the mentoring torch so that we have a great army of young professionals glorifying God and impacting His kingdom through well-rounded balanced, productive living!

Character & Career Enrichment

It is about connecting like minded young professionals so that they enrich each other's life to preserve the principles of Integrity, Interdependence, Initiative, Industry and Increase, which are the five pillars PACE helps you to build for balanced success.

Compelling Reasons Why the Young Professional Needs PACE:

  1. PACE is a partner through life's transitions... Life is a journey with many transit points. Incidentally, the younger and more aggressive you are to pursue your life dream, the more the transitions you expect to make.
  2. PACE helps you to maintain your cutting edge by equipping you to protect your priorities... It is a big challenge for many professionals to keep their spiritual, social and career goals focused and balanced after college. PACE will equip you to protect your priorities from the demands of growth and the uncertainties of a changing environment.
  3. PACE gives you an opportunity to progress with others towards balanced growth. It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. The man who fears God will avoid all extremes. Eccl. 7:18, NIV PACE emphasizes the principle of balanced growth. We believe real joy and success comes from living a balanced life.
  4. PACE gives you an opportunity to invest in others Growth takes a balance between giving and receiving in life. PACE gives you an opportunity to impact lives of others through ministry and mentoring opportunities.
